As we draw to a close of 2023 we reflect on the past 12 months at Fortem Property

Successfully growing our letting portfolio by over 150% in 12 months

We’ve acquired some stunning properties for our clients

We opened our “Vacant Home” management services in London and Milton Keynes

2023 hasn’t been without its struggles of course. We’ve seen changes in government, a knock effect of high inflation has meant the the Bank of England base rate and consequently mortgage rate volatility.

2024 will no doubt have its challenges and we are well positioned to be assisting and advising our clients.

From anyone that has done business with us, we really do thank you. As a small business, our clients are highly valued and we hope to continue to work together in 2024.

Going forward, we always have an appetite for more landlord instructions, good opportunities to acquire or dispose of assets and would welcome discussions with clients that have an interest in this.
